I don't tout my punditry - it speaks for itself. Your problem is obvious - low IQ, little domain knowledge and basically innovating on the go - while backing the wrong horse. You need to understand kenya politics and current affairs better to be able to make good predictions. Then just throw in politicriks and intrigues - politics is never wysiwyg; there is a lot of treachery, trickery and the whole dirty game. BBI for me looks like a dead horse you're flogging. It seems almost designed to fail - just spin the wheels for 5yrs - so Uhuru finishes his term in peace - everytime it look like it's about to stop - give it another push- and keep the Odinga watching the wheel.

Early this year I predicted the court would kill BBI and they did it

That is precisely why his biggest enemy right now is time. And our biggest strength is time. Everyday he is becoming less and less powerful.
 
 Because he is such a sloth - he didn't even plan this BBI very well - they've 4yrs to get this done - but now - they are trying to rush the process - and are committing brazen illegalities in the process.

BBI - itself - no act of parliament - no budgetary allocation - opaque - report get changed almost at will.
Signature collection 1 week - through coercion and outright fraud.
IEBC were forced to verify signatures in a month - again they didn't even complete this exercise - and released a proper report - another illegality.
Now MCA are being bribed and forced to pass it in 2 weeks - without public participation.
Next parliament are being told to forgo the 90 days waiting period - and do it in a month.

But as they appease everyone - they forgot the judiciary have the aces . They already blocked the IEBC from anything BBI. Next is for them to declare it either null and void or to ask them to redo it again - this time by following the law.

And they already warned them. Judiciary that feel undone by Uhuru - who already illegally refused to appoint or promote 41 judges -now want ombusdman through BBI to allow executive to kill judiciary and Judiciary will be more than happy to kill BBI.

BBI is illegal ab initio.Its funded by illegal vote.PMI has followed the law to amend Katiba thro popular initiative.The rest is robina predictable matapikos.BBI cannot be cured.Judiciary will stop them eventually.Their recommendations whatever they will be are illegal.Uhuru should have formed an inquiry commission with well defined terms instead that thing that civil society have aptly described as waste of time and resources.I think Uhuru is playing Raila for the fool he is... Jubilee the largest political party didn't even bother with it.

Read the first post in this thread. You'll understand why BBI is doomed. It was doomed from get-go. It cannot be salvaged. It was DESIGNED TO FAIL. I think Uhuru is playing Raila. We shall see who is right. What I know - Aukot referendum may have got to a point of no return.

My theory remain that Uhuru is most likely buying peace and time - and will leave Raila high & dry soon. He won't be the first one to do this. Moi did it - with Uhuru & Ruto well aware of the game. And so did Kibaki.

When the deal is too good think TWICE. Basically BBI is raila baby - whatever he wants - BOMAS draft - he has it . There is no negotiation or arguments - in fact he has been allowed to stuff I think 10 ODM/NASA - versus 4 Jubilee members in BBI

Procured by Chiefs and Ass intimidating residents, denying them services until they sign and all that - is just fodder for Judiciary that is the target of the same. It's going to be send to square one.

BBI is designed to fail. It's executed by political neophytes of Harambe house and the usual clumsy ODM.

Why not collect 1M signatures like Punguza Mzigo did - VOLUNTERs  - Get Clean 1M Signature. You start rigging and misusing the state mighty in stage one - and you expect the same judiciary that you target to wave play on?

The Judiciary that has dissolved parliament already - and injuncted parliament - sending it back 29 acts of parliament . You're joking with our judiciary. Once evidence of BBI illegality are presented - at a strategic time - when they cannot cure it - it will be declared NUll and Void. Best of luck intimidating the entire judiciary...one where Uhuru is sitting on 41 judges appointment - waiting for Ombusdman to do his dirty job,

Robina has gone missing as was expected . Whats makes me wonder is why so as she has always been saying that there wont be referendumn and BBI is Railas line up for 2022. If we are to asses  that then High Court  just affirmed her suggestion and ahe should go to hiding.

She only said that when I made it clearly that timelines were impossible. She, therefore, innovated to say BBI will be combined with 2022. Robina will soon appear to spin more half-though theories.

They are still going to trust Uhuru for another 1yr - with doomed appeal - and then maybe someone will sell them Peter Keneth to deputize Raila. In meantime poor Kalonzo/MaDVD will have to do with fake promises.

Atleast She tried to play middle ground by coming with the Railas BBI line up.
I saw also how you convinced her about Judiciary Ombudsman and she even for once agreed with you JO is a Mongrel.
She can think but her biggest problem is she cant differentiate between facts and wishes. Take example She believes Uhuru will handover Mt Kenya to Raila through Peter Keneth , its absurd only a person who cannot corelate history current happenings and facts can come with that conclusion.
I studied her , prior to 2017 she used to ask open ended questions , what about this how about that? She was trying to learn history
After 2017 elections she became an expert oohh Uhuru hates Ruto because of this and that . For heavens sake we know Uhuru and Ruto have more than 20 years of history.
