What struck me was that they didn't care to explain why those petitions lack merit; I bet even the judges don't know and will have to make up some reasons possibly with some help from his mortal amicableness. At least the last time, they actually shared outlines of their reasoning as they delivered the verdict. Today? Just the verdict without even a brief explanation. One of the tale-tell signs of a mutungarooesque ruling.
