we can start with anybody the list is long but as usual you missed the main point of this thread which was for Omollo to highlight steps to execute a citizen arrest.
Waiguru stole billions from NYS fund
Shollei stole billions from Judiciary
Uhuru sister stole from dying patients

I am shocked beyond belief  that any sensible person would be opposed to executing citizen arrest on the above mentioned individuals

Start with Raila fool.

Once again start with Raila - you cannot ran out of sensible crimes he has committed -starting from attempting to overthrow kenya GOK and admitting it - I am sure he can be charged for lesser crime if treason is time-barred/limited.

Citizen arrests(and executions) happen all the time if you steal 50 bob or other peanuts.  If you show capacity to do it on an industrial scale, you will be declared a national hero and propelled into public office.

They are not wanted. Shollei surrendered to the police and was duly charged and bonded/ bailed. That means she is in total compliance with the law.

There is very little that needs to be done to bar such people. However it is still parliament that needs to do that or a referendum. Adding a clause to bar state officers (the political species) from holding office while facing charges.

The problem with this is that there would be more witch hunting sponsored by opponents and potential opponents than real cases. One needsa truly independent police, professional CID and mature politics and we're nowhere close.

Like I said before Shollei knows the system. She has been in IIEC and headed the courts and all the judges ( don't be deceived, the Chief Justice is a not even a figurehead, he is the shadow of a figurehead, while the Registrar owns the Judiciary). It is going to be very hard to convict her. From her position she knows how many pedophilia complaints against which judge she swept under the carpet; She knows who received what bribe when and she swept it under the carpet; She has made calls to IG to call off sting operations against certain judges etc. I wish I was just creating this. The problem is all this and much more I don't know has happened. I would like to called when Shollei is convicted and if that happens I would tell you the convicting judge is an angel!

When and where did Raila admit to treason?

To the best of my knowledge, Raila was charged with the lesser offence of Misprision of Treason. The state failed to offer a shred of evidence and when the defence moved for the charges to be dismissed with prejudice, Moi swiftly moved to detain Raila.

Raila being an Odinga and connected to the University of Nairobi was on the List of the Usual Suspects. The police were under standing instructions to arrest these in event of anything and sort them out later. Others were Wanyiri Kihoro, Prof Oyugi, Ngugi wa Thiong'o (before he fled for good), Koigi, Mukaru Ng'ang'a, Pro. Gutto,

Now I really don't know what role Raila played in that coup. The charge stated that he got a table out of his house and placed it in the garden where he had a radio "in furtherance and support of activities aimed at overthrowing ...". I too had a radio on a table that day. I was in school waiting to go home the next day. We got one of the school radios and placed it on a table. Three of those who were with me are now judges.

The coup was a Njonjo plan with the Air Force Commander. It was to take place when Moi was out. Ochuka seized the chance to forestall Njonjo.

Really. He admitted with details all the planning in his biography - by the Nigeria dude. He was key cog planning this and was only spared because Jaramogi pleaded with Moi to save his life. Otherwise if Moi wanted evidence - he always found it. Raila's houses in Woodley and Eastland were command centers were Raila was planning everything. Jaramogi knew about the coup but refused to give his blessing.

The whole thing was laughable from beginning to end. The idea that a civilian would command an army unit to overthrow a government is the stuff of Nigerian Movies not even Hollywood.

Soldiers by nature despise civilians. The closest a civilian has come to overthrow a government using the military was Zanzibar where Okello mobilized ex servicemen and brought forward the coup date by a few days.

Raila did not admit to the coup. This matter was raised by GEMA politicians (whose love for Moi appears to germinate and grow when there is an opportunity to use him to squeeze their latest enemy!). Amos Wako looked in to the matter and as the DPP then educated GEMA on the difference between a biography and autobiography.

Moi would never detain someone if Sharad Rao, Joginder Sigh and those Indians who now pretend to be human rights activists could convict him through hook and crook. The arrest of Ben Gethi and revelations by middle ranking air force personnel sobered Moi.

Raila knew about the coup plans - for both - and was therefore liable for misprision of treason. However his defence intended to reveal details Moi did not think he was ready for. Not that he feared the details but what it would really reveal: That both Luos and Kikuyus tried to get rid of him.

It has always been so. Except now even the usual going through the motions is no allowed. It is an Uthamaki policy to ensure no ethnic Kikuyu is tried for a corruption related offence. If he is there should be no conviction. That is to stop people making "unfounded" prejudicial conclusions and generalizations about Kikuyus.

I did not believe this when told.

Omollo I get your point but I believe we can arrest the known accomplices, relatives and beneficiaries. E.g
Waiguru sister and other relaives
that would be the first step to show Kenyans are fed up with corruption and they cannot take it anymore.

We shall get all these people after August. Uhuru is going home and then we shall fix things.

I wish I could detail all the contemplated action here but suffice is to say the people are demanding action. They know the thieves have been bribing both sides and they have demanded that NASA especially Raila assure them that nobody will buy his or her way to freedom having stolen from the public.
