President is a victim of bad advice. Yesterday in New York times was this story by a Korir (foreign affair PS) talking about how they will defy court orders and send police to Haiti. Now how do you attract foreign investor when every day the talk is about defying courts?? How does anyone invest money in a country that does not respect the law? If things go wrong as investor you have no legal option, you are pretty much on your own. We are shooting ourselves in the foot...but where is the attorney General in all this? Biggest mistake Ruto ever made is appointment of weak cabinet. Fire the whole cabinet, reorganize the govt by forming a government of national unity. Bring technocrats to help run things. Ruto as president should focus on big picture, country direction, we need to go this direction then let the technocrats figure how we get there..
