Luto runs Kenya like he run his first business

Chicken seller.

1. Affordable housing no framework. Court says there was no public participation.
2. UHC, how many of you paticipated?

99. Now Education, parents being told to pay via E-citizen. Schools have survived even when capitation is delayed endlessly because money always trickles in from parents perhaps on a daily basis. If the govt controls what parents pay, when does this money reach the school? And what happens if govt delays release of the same from E-citizen? Children will sleep hungry.

The only way Ruto will win in 2027 is by making Chebukati Chief Justice.

President is a victim of bad advice. Yesterday in New York times was this story by a Korir (foreign affair PS) talking about how they will defy court orders and send police to Haiti. Now how do you attract foreign investor when every day the talk is about defying courts?? How does anyone invest money in a country that does not respect the law? If things go wrong as investor you have no legal option, you are pretty much on your own. We are shooting ourselves in the foot...but where is the attorney General in all this? Biggest mistake Ruto ever made is appointment of weak cabinet. Fire the whole cabinet, reorganize the govt by forming a government of national unity. Bring technocrats to help run things. Ruto as president should focus on big picture, country direction, we need to go this direction then let the technocrats figure how we get there..

I read that article and just thought, what a mongrel.

Ruto's biggest problem is placing home boys in all key posts. He thinks loyalty to him is the key to success. His home boys now treat the government as entitlement.

The AG is missing in action. Justin Muturi was a terrible Speaker of the National Assembly. As AG he is a disastor. Ruto's weakness is rewarding political loyalty.

YES, home boys who know nothing about policy. They think its Moi time when orders were barked. Hire professionals, not pple who have no experience in govt.
Defying a court order only invites chaos. Trust will run out the window. Kenyatta could have but he never came close.
