Easy! It starts somewhere - precedent. Other magistrates and judges will have a lot of explaining to do when they rule otherwise.

Maraga overturned an election in Kenya; Malawi used it as a precedent and the opposition has won - That is how humans and societies have transformed.
Fake justice system, why did it take out that long to mete out sentence and why allow morr stupid arguments by lawyers, Kenya we have a long fcuking way to go. This is crap

Yes, unless he pays fine before six months. He is gone. Prepare to face Wetangula in his homeground Sirisia. Maybe Mukhisa Kituyi can quit UN and come run :)

This would be a good 2022 curtain-raiser...  Raila-Eugene vs Weta-Mdvd

You guys seem to ignore the fact that the co accused is Aworis sister. The relationship between the Aworis and Kenyattas is well known .
Curious to see how this will go.

Waluke will dump Hustler Asili - and he will be out on bail pending appeal. All it takes is for DPP to raise no objection.

They will go to prison for 2 weeks. After which they will appeal. It very unlikely  high court will stay court sentences. PS Nabutola - married to Bungoma great family of Cardinal Otunga - didn't manage it. Lawyer Kirui - former Telkom MD and Nairobi former Town Clerk Gakuo -didn't manage it.

It will take another 2yrs at minimum before the high court can reduce their sentences.

They are done. The old lady will probably not survive. Waluke is an army guy and will survive.

If Aworis really value her - they can sell property and save her -- 700M! They can sell one acre in Westland and save her. The quickest way to save her is to do a family fundraising - selling property and save her.

Waluke will eat beans for 3.5yrs.
