BBI 2.0 has to happen - constitution has to be amended. I think you're jumping the gun. You think constitution will be amended through ODM rallies.

The BBI 1.0 we have will have to be ammended first and then draft bill prepared; and then bill has to get 1m signatures; then verified by IEBC; then county assemblies approve; then it goes to both senate and parliament; then referendum - with IEBC conducting it.
