Ndubi is certified moron - he was given soft copy - and then he demanded it to be printed - and that is cost.

Maranga Kangaroo court has set the country up for a very difficult time ahead legally. You’re looking at a very divided country absolutely mired in institutional,  constitutional and economic chaos. The country is teetering on the brink. We are on the edge of the precipice unless something 'bigly' happens or Jubilee gives in and call for fresh presidential or general elections I do not expect NRM to give in and allow this electoral fraud to stand. Nasa can drag this stalemate forever, Uhuru real test will come in January as he tries to implement free secondary school

What struck me was that they didn't care to explain why those petitions lack merit; I bet even the judges don't know and will have to make up some reasons possibly with some help from his mortal amicableness.  At least the last time, they actually shared outlines of their reasoning as they delivered the verdict.  Today?  Just the verdict without even a brief explanation.  One of the tale-tell signs of a mutungarooesque ruling.

The deficient merit was on the petitioners' shaky locus standi: they were neither candidates nor from the 29 constituencies. They must not hurt than the bereaved.

There is no argument to make that an explanation is given in this iteration.  Or that none was given in the prior ruling.  So, not true.  Even though you said it.
