I think at this point Ruto has to step in and call for IEBC to suspend preparation for election...watu wapingane mpaka heshima idumu.. then UN come to hold elections when ufool is locked by ICC

Through intelligence... know the extent of compromise...you have to stay ahead..that how Ruto has survived 5yrs..stay ahead.If election has been compromised completely then move to plan B or Z.I doubt they can access encryption keys..and besides our election remain largely manual.Intelligence and counterintelligence including inside those police cells .The safeguard it's manual and it's granular.. biggest risk remain remotely interfering with voter identification.End day manual protection of the voters is only way... because we don't do electronic voting . You can bet the laptop has given to east Africa brokers who have given Russian the job to try to hack it.. Smartmatic are no joke seeing they have been at this..one of my work colleagues is a Venezuelan..those guys are sharp having to deal with Yankees.With Chilean they pretty good.I have worked with Brazilians, Venezuelan and Chileans they are good as Eastern Europeans.Most Indians are crap.The best American you can't find in the market..so are Finnish, Germans, French, name..the talent you find for cheap are Chileans, Venezuelan, Russian,Veitnamsse, Romanians,Bulgerains, Nigerians and Brazilians
