RV , for the taskforce ODM side forwarded Oukos name while PNU side forwarded Okongo Omogeni as the joint chairs - As with all committees ODM were outwitted and objected the reforms.

I see ODM rejected the same reforms headed by OUKO. Claiming they were not involved in selection. So I think it not true Ouko is ODM man.
