Ruto loses Didmus and Raila set to lose Oparanya as Uhuru state sanctioned tribal re-inforcement in Luhya and Ukambani take on.

Sources told the Star that Oparanya could be in the process of launching his own party before affiliating to the sacred alliance.

It is going tribal. There will be ODM, ANC, Wiper, coast party, GEMA. etc - under BBI tent. This is deliberate strategy not chaos as you seem to think - before without going full tribal Ruto was eating their lunch with hustler message. Tribe will encroach ODM as well obviously - but so long as Raila has BBI in his firm grasp there is no better offer for Sacred crew. They cannot win PORK without either Raila or Ruto - but Raila has solid power-sharing MOU unlike Ruto.

Oparanya or Kingi have no option but to want a name for themselves - to get MP then at least CS. Joho insist on ODM because he is deputy leader - guarantee himself CS under Raila. Ruto trouble starts with being cornered into No-watemelon - which is tough bind to unstuck himself more than you realize.

No Pundit, there is no magical "realignment" in play except rehashed tribalism to kill any classism. As you can see Barasas are fleeing hustler shadow to tribal cocoon under kingpin - most of the latter whom have no time for Ruto.

Okay no need to argue..otherwise you know my bottom line.. gema both laity and elite will never trust Raila just like moi never could but you're young.The game plan as I see is to go for 2nd round by denying Ruto 50% then force Raila to back a system candidate who will come 2nd to Ruto.Raila has turned from front runner to kingmaker because he is getting eaten.

Scared alliance are pawns..system candidate likely gideon moi if uhuru has is way...or gema candidate if gideon proof a hard sell.Matiangi cannot be given pork...he will be given small positions like weta because at end of the day their max out at 4_ 8%

Hybrid - MPs as PM/DPM/CS - is not possible without referendum - so Uhuru is bound to the hip with BBI. 35% is also protected. I doubt even 1M1V1S can pass on the floor. And Sacred crew are not that gullible to get CS for few months to election without some better guarantee. BBI is the only solid game in town... there is only one BBI bill being debated in joint committee.

You seem too sold on Sacred Alliance - what have they really done so far except whitewash UDA? Mutua says Uhuru & Raila asked him to take one for BBI team - during BBI zoom - which Raila wouldn't do if Uhuru and Kalonzo were against him. Insisting they are all running for PORK is normal politics to fend off Ruto or even Raila from their respective cocoons. So long as Luhya remain in 2 planks - Mdvd will still only make DPM with Matiang'i - PM iko na wenyewe.

From all the news so far: GEMA elite hawataki Ruto. Keep projecting.
