Ruto the coward
« on: February 23, 2021, 02:11:07 PM »
He has confused his troops. No directions. Just confusion in his camp. Only newbies will hitch their wagons on the hustler movement. Even Kuria is out there campaigning for his own candidate in nakuru. Anway BBI was a lay up for ruto. Most citizens were opposed to it but he wasted this chwnce by sitting on the fence. Ruto is trying to read raila moves but he shouldnt focus on that. He should focus on pgfering leadership.

Anway huyu mtu ni muoga sana. He is not committed to figjting the status quo.

By now ruto movement should gok on its ropes. He should be having is own super team akin to 2005 ODM. He has a chance to at least fight if this bbi thing makes it to referendum but I doubt  if a referendum will be necessary.

He has survived gov and opposition combined onslaught by adopting formless form. Uhuru has tried to attack Ruto directly and Ruto has neutralized it so easily.

Ruto is focussed on 2022 - on the kenya raia - the ground. Not boardroom. Those will be done in 2022 last Q. Ruto has phd in politics. In 2007 - by now he was busy campaigning for PORK. Obviously he knew Raila was top. The same with 2012...he had deal with Uhuru...but was busy running for PORK.

Boardroam tribal games - are done one evening. You don't plan it for 5yrs.

Hustler Nation has it's own momentum. BBI is time barred. Hii ni sarakasi tu. One judge even in Bomet high court - can order BBI be frozen - until 2022. That I supect is Ruto strategy with regard to BBI. Let them run around - and the kaboom - one judge block it - and Raila goes bonkers - IEBC have to prepare for 2022 election.

Huduma number took 3yrs. Housing levy died in court. Omtatah alone kills most of these things.

And you think a referendum without even referendum law will just PASS - because Raila and Uhuru wants - their power end right in the judiciary. They cannot disobey court order and ask IEBC to hold illegal referendum.

This is where BBI stand

Haha ati focused. Where will the momentum come from?

That your own opinion. No court will overturn BBI. Uhuru has shown to have a clear pathway that is well thought out. The way this bbi thing has run has shown that the artichet of it are more shrewd than we thought. By decemeber bbi will have have passed and be forgotten. By that time ruto will be left with no credible leader that will work with him outside riftvalley. Even the kikuyus in rift valley have defied their masters kalenjins and voted for bbi.

The court already blocked BBI. These are just the motion. Next is parliament.
11 cases - 7 cases in high court - and 4 in supreme court.
You think it will come down to 11-0. Remember 7 in high court are appealble.

Does Ruto own the courts? All those cases are now consolidated into one meaning a judge in Maralal can strike them all in one blow like the one in Bomet.

Courts wont stop mbimbi i, the people will, am seeing a scenario where kenya will be destabilized from refrendum to kura then blow up. Bad case.

Nothing stop the filling of many more.Yes the consolidation cases raises several issues. I don't see how they all come out unstuck.
