I think so.He is quite gifted himself and the last I heard he attended his bro burial who died with cancer and I guess left his nice life in California for Kenya...if not Ruto had other brother in the USA.Everything else fits...

Good for RVHH...good man. Its good to see nipate graduates moving from theories (kizungu mingi) and implementing real changes on the ground. It would be great to see RVHH run for governor seat. Am ready to write a check to support nipatean.

BTW did  Ayier aka 5thlg take mulembe governorship?
