You are bitter because you can't come back and live in Kenya simply because your relatives is waiting for you :D

Kenya is a place to visit or invest, living in Kenya full time is out of question. If I was to relocate from the USA, Kenya would not be in the top five in my priority. I am so used to law, order and beauty that one month in Kenya actually gets old real quick. I am happily married but  even as beautiful women go,  I see Kenyans ogling at that Betty Kyalo chick and track her every movement and it’s mind boggling to me. Here in the USA , Italy etc that woman is a two, no one would even notice her. The standards in Kenya are too mediocre for my taste, I am big on progress in all spheres of life, Kenya seems to be stuck in a weird time warp.

Well I agree on these things apart from settling there is a reason bazungu says east or west home is the best. There is a major sense of peace and satisfaction living in your home areas that can not be gotten anywhere else. That said Kenyans generally are naive people with a misplaced perception that they are wajanja. I also lived and studied abroad for 10 years and when I always came to Kenya you could see wako na ushamba kiasi they used to glorify things that wouldn't even attract a glance elsewhere in the world.
