Debunking Lie that Jubilee 1.0 borrowed more than Jubilee 2.0

The picture is clear.
Jubilee 1.0 borrowed and build stuff.
Jubilee 2.0 is borrowing and using it to finance re-current expenditure.

I wish you can get something written - i am having problem with Ndoom accent.

The little finding that he shows is pure nitpicking.

Take electricity - Jubilee in 2013 found Kibaki had connected 1-2m kenyans (Moi had connected around 0.5M) - and in 5yrs the figured had risen to nearly 7M customers (nitpicking even  Ndii dormant account -) - but you're talking about 5M times 4(average HH Size) - that is 20M more people with clean electricity. It has been described as WORLD fastest electrification - faster than when US was electrifying in 1930s.

Take roads - He seems to totally ignore Jubilee ingeniuty in Low Seal Volume road. This began with changing the road engineering standards, the roll out of road annuity (didn't quite work) and eventually Jubilee has seen paved roads rise from 11,000 to 20,000Kms...that is doubling of paved roads in 5yrs - it more paved roads than all 50yrs of independence!!!!!!!!

And kenyans know it best - that is why Jubilee managed to improve it's 2013 and Ruto is now incredibly popular - and BBI-Handshake is unpopular. People travel on Jubilee 1.0 paved roads - and have connected electricity - water is somewhat there - and they can see what is possible if leadership is focussed like Jubilee 1.0.
