I campaiging against bbi
« on: December 01, 2020, 03:10:09 PM »
In my village i will deliver no votes. Fuck uhuru and raila. What they are doing is very immature and dangerous. We just need free and fair elections. The law should impose 10 years jail term on elections rigging and violence. During elextions a special prosecutor should be appointed to deal with election related crimes

Too late for free and fair elections in Kenya. I hear the illegal provincial administration visited my dad collecting signatures for BBI. The thugs will get over 7 million signatures by next week. With Chebukati still sitting at IEBC the evil document thing will pass with 79%. Kenya kweli iko na wenyewe.

They are doing a big mistake because that will be challenged in court. Big mistake to use the Prov Administration. Their is an element of coercion there. It like using Police Officers to collect signature.

They are making terrible mistakes that will have it declared NULL and VOID. Luos alone can voluntarily get 1M signatures - so why are they using Prov Administration is beyond me.

The No camp should gather evidence of Chiefs intimidating or coercing  people to sign documents - and later on - use it against BBI.

One year from now - BBI will be told - to start a FRESH without using Chiefs - but volunteers.

Prov Administration are suppose to be APOLITICAL - working for both those opposed and those supporting BBI.

In Kenya law means nothing. Govt of the day disobeys court orders openly and some people even here cheer the regime on. It is now coming back to bite its own children.

No. Supreme Court gave you 2nd chance and you failed to show up. Our judiciary is independent. Yes police disobey court orders but sometimes its opposition like you who let judiciary down.

Get over your bitterness - and move on.

Those of us who are still hopeful that kenya is not Uganda or Ethiopia will continue the fight.

If Judiciary now suspend BBI - what will gov of the day do to disobey that :). They haven't launched Huduma number yet. They housing levy died.

Please quit this self-defeaist cynical NASA nonsense, accept your candidate lost and move on.

I thought it is you whining here about BBI and the way it is propped up by the regime.
In one sentence you are happy the govt of the day agenda failed and in the other you sound part of the regime. Your guys had 10 years to make Kenya a better place and they failed miserably. That is a fact you cannot deny. Ruto is part and parcel of the current regime's failures. Yeye na Uhuru wako pamoja in the failed Jubilee error.
Btw, I thought the Kalejin nation is now in the opposition. :D :D :D :D

Everyone knows Jubilee 1.0 delivered and Kenya gave them thumbs up. The verdict of BBI handshake gov is out there. And it's bad. Raila brought his confusion to Jubilee.

Anyway the verdict on BBI/Handshake will be delivered in August 2022 when Ruto will get 10yr mandate.

Yes we are nominally in opposition - we know what REAL power is. We are of course more in gov than Raila and your people. But we are not people to be fooled by motorcades. We want REAL POWER - and that is measured in real POWER.

Under which constituition? The Kenyans elections only allow candidates to be elected for a period of 5 years. Winning one term does not me you automatically win a second term unless you want to do a Kibaki of 2007.

Ruto is automatic 10yrs. If he wins 2022 - you can almost skip 2027 - and save the country some money.

SCORK was going to block re-run but Uhuruto executed Mwilu driver and ensured lack of quorum. You can't revise history. NASA was right to boycott- the only mistake was NRM militia and secession.

BBI has been battled in court endlessly - most laughable is "basic structure" mumbo jumbo. And yes-no per new clause - 20 mile long ballot  :) - some nonsense. 5m signatures in a week... court will consider how many of those were intimidated? 80% - then 1m is still valid. In any event a majority of Kenyans must vote for it.

How can the court determine the % intimidated. Once the process is soiled - it's dead. It will be send back to stage one. BBI is going nowhere because they are making OKOA like fatal mistakes.
