Why is Uhuru required to be present.
« on: October 07, 2014, 06:55:31 PM »
It simple. A non-event if you will.

Uhuru is required to be present when ANY CRITICAL decision or event is going on. Uhuru has to be there  to hear verbatim or to guide his lawyer or even fire them...and defend himself solo :D

Crucial events including start of trial, sentencing, witness testimony of crucial witnesses...those Uhuru has to be physically present.

Critical decision...is whether to adjourn indefinitely or not. That will affect Uhuru's right to expeditious trial..if granted Uhuru will remain an ICC accused person indefinitely. Uhuru has  have a say if he wants.

At least 6 months to possibly a few years. He's a big catch for the ICC reputation. They need this.
