Yes there is hope Ruto could win next election by 70% otherwise he already has is in the bag with or without Uhuru.

You saw Uhuru uncle the GEMA council of elders in Karen calling for peace.

Meanwhile Raila has run away to Zaire's Mobutu to avoid going to Nyeri :) :)

Hope spring eternal

Were the people who handled stolen property brought to book?

Muteshi was paid 5M for all his trouble - and case is stale. Mavi ya kale hainuki.

It was a civil case. I don't know if Muteshi filed a criminal report with DCI.

Well even Raila cousin has been backing Mobutu for years.. it mean nothing. Uhuru cousin Beth Mugo, this same uncle backed Matiba and Kibaki. If it was kid bro Muhoho or Mama Ngina we would care.

Raila is AU infrastructure envoy or something.. visiting DRC Kabila lapdog Tshisekedi. The Nyeri visit is 14th Nov. I don't think he even needs to visit at all - Gema will not vote him directly but whoever Uhuru endorses - which is PK by all signs. Mobutu direct approach is waste of time.

By the way what exactly are they "reconciling" about? - I thought it all a big scheme to play Raila  :)

Yes Kalenjin are useless to have welcome more than 2M people to live amongst them, own land and call it home. Actually they never welcomed. They complained bitterly that Kenyatta, Jaramogi, Nyachae and Masinde Muliro were shifting their tribesmen to RV...and using their power..to influence land allocation.

After Mzungu left - LAND should have reverted to original owners like it happened in central - were you're shouting here and you're 98% homegenous.

The land by Mzungu were not being given for free - you needed political connection to get that land.

Muteshi I am sure talked to someone to "buy" that loan. He actually got for free from gov and you pay loan from farm proceeds.

Kalenjin will eventually evict those people - it's a question of opportunity and time. That I know. If hustler thing misfire - you can bet there will be another round of eviction. Kalenjin ambition to recover lost land has not ebbed. Muteshi is luckly that Ruto bought it - it was most likely end up a no mans land.

Near my farm in Kiptangich - you find such no mans land - some 200 acres - owners chased away - their house burnt - and until they come and sell. Some conmen - will claim to have met the evicted owner and they had agreed to sell it to them...and that is likes of "Dorothy".

He never got paid. Kalenjins are just useless thugs

It is absurd the Kikuyus who fought for land are this twisted when Taitas, Maasais, Kalenjins fight for their land.

Totally. Absurd. They refuse to see the land grievance from the other perspective. They rather say the opponent is EVIL. They don't want to confront land injustices by Kenyatta Jomo.

So how would these land injustices be addressed. Everyone in kenya occupies a place that someone used to call home a century ago. My family occupies dorobos grazing and hunting grounds. They lost the right to that land and moved on. Kalenjins displaced someone else, whites displaced them and the treaty after colonial power allowed Willing buyer willing seller. How comes you devils now want to forgo the Lancaster agreement ..you are just lazy baboons

"willing buyer willing seller" is a term only sells to a fool.

Kenyatta post independence used state machinery to transplant gikuyu villages to middle of RV complete with kikuyu village names. This is state sponsored displacement!
