Layman thinking but with his multiple corruption scandals you don't expect him to against bbi, furthermore whats actually catching is the jabs that he has thrown at baba raira, thats what matters in brief the hidden message is that Uhuru wont want to allow destructive policies against GEMA, obviously advocated by baba. Njuri those blinkers are thicker, darker, heavier lens than Pundit's. Ati the silent message is Raila is still enemy :o The 2X devolved cash is very tough battle for hustler - people have no problem with Mobutu - they just won't pass the billions at hand to wait for wheelbarrow in 2023. Njuki, Kiraitu, et al are saying hio tu - we love you but we love cash more. Even Kalenjin hustlers will take the mbeca rapinig - and vote him later in 2022. Or 2027 :)
