Here comes the Raila scarecrow that appears every five yrs. I do not find Raila all that scary anymore, I am more scared of bible thumpers who rob the country blind or threaten violence to innocent people. You seem to think Kikuyus are stuck between the rock and a hard place in the choice between Raila or Ruto, I do not get that sense on the ground. I personally cannot fathom of another Kikuyu presidency and do not even care if they get the deputy presidency, it’s time for Kenya to move beyond this tribal gorilla. The likes of Waititu, Sonko, Kidero etc have reinforced the fact that elections have consequences. If Raila  decided that his legacy will be about uniting Kenya with the handshake, I will personally vote for him than people beating the drums of war, I do not even care who he chooses for DP but if he goes for a non tribal, development conscious guy like Peter Kenneth, it becomes a very compelling ticket.
Its okei to be a Raila supporter but pretending its because of Handshake BBI uniting Kenya is fallacious .Kenya is more divided that it was prior to handshake, Kenya has degenerated to a police state because of the handshake , Kenya is being looted by the handshake movers and supporters because of handshake. Raila destroyed Kenya in 2007 , we saw him doing the same in 2017 and even he went ahead and swore himself as the president . My friend this is not unifying Kenya its actually treason .

You claim Peter Keneth is develpment concious - show us any development related projects he has accomplished

With a high IQ , how come you cant get that violence will not work for Ruto .Advocating for violence will only do the contrary .
You are always beating drums of war , your high IQ should have told you will get into hot soup in the near future - " Deep state is watching "

Predicting violence is not the same as advocating for violence. What is wrong with you. Kenya is ranked as fragile state for some reason. Why is your deep state not watching all the analyst. Kenya tribal peace is fragile. That is why Raila is wrong choice for PORK and Uhuru you have to admit is taking us right back to 2007. I am here predicting violence...not calling for it.

You're jittery because you have this "never again" propaganda - the people on ground don't care about that. There is already serious violence btw Kipsigis and Maasai - and Ogiek. What remain is for such violence to go national.

This below sounds like advocating . The Lesotho talks were the rallying call by ODM in 2007 P.E.V.

Actually make it very easy - just create a lesotho republic - in central and be happy.

This kind of simplistic thinking is taking us right back to 2007 and the Kikuyus will be the biggest casualities.

Don't think Ruto will grovel for the vote. Hiyo tu ni deni inalipwo.

Context is important. When you quote things out of context then you're either terrified of reality or just living in denial. Deal with facts. UhuRuto fallout will eventually damage the peace btw Kikuyus and Kalenjin. You don't need to a PHD to know this. It could easily boil over and these two years are very critical for a return of 2007. Ruto has total "command" of Kalenjin and Kalenjin don't throw stones - they shoot arrows.

Pundit I think Nowayhaha is trying to mean that you are a little bit enthusiastic about "predicting" violence as opposed to predicting positive things. I would also be worried if I was Kikuyu going by your "predictions" why not predict people will live happily ever after with laughter.
And yes there is a reason Kenya is referred as a failed state No. 15 or something its because of this underlying land issues and political grievances. But thats not a basis for rubbing it in. Uhuru doesn't care about ordinary kikuyu they are just mere collateral and cannon fodder to achieve his greedy family's ambition. Any attack on innocent Kikuyu is UNACCEPTABLE, we Merus will never tolerate that and as much we support Ruto 90% we will without a second thought dump him if kikuyus are attacked. We don't have a problem though if you attack and liquidate the kikuyu elites we will support you.

You can sugarcoat and call it predicting  but we can read through as see it  for what it is .' Lesotho talks"and  terminologies like mtalipa deni "   qualifies for hate speech and this kind of talk is what resulted to P.E.V.  in  2007 .
Its not a secret that UhuRuto fell out in 2018 and this was precipitated by the  the handshake . Uhuru maybe had good intentions with the handshake and Ruto having exporenced what happened to KANU prior to 2002 Was not for any association with Raila
Ruto has managed to navigate through it and  has even addressed the lipa Deni  talks  , So whats your issue if Ruto has no issue

Quote
Deputy President William Ruto on Sunday said that no community owed him any political debt even as his critics threatened to push for his impeachment for allegedly disobeying the President.

Speaking at separate events in Nairobi and Nyandarua, Dr Ruto hit out at some politicians in Jubilee telling them to stop tribalism, propaganda and division as it is against the party’s ideals.

PROJECTS

He said that he will not be cowed by those against him, adding that he is the elected Deputy President and would continue criss-crossing the country initiating and inspecting projects.

"I am now the one in charge of the country since the President is out of the country and not the other group. I have been doing the work I was elected together with President Uhuru Kenyatta to develop the country," said Mr Ruto at Revival Church in Dagoretti.

While referring to talks of an unpaid political debt between him and President Kenyatta, the DP said that he only knows of two debts; the national debt and the one the Jubilee administration owes Kenyans on account of the party’s campaign pledges.
