The world leaders have time and again noted his talents. Having said that when Uhuru is in a comfort zone he is erratic , I think his touring with his father made him a loving Kid. You can imagine him dishing out land to 20000 citizens in Taveta for free and against the wishes of the  brother and mother. Him wonning the presidency and deciding to co president with Raila.
