Uhuru has run the government like a kiosk. He spent 5 years allowing ruto and co to do whatever they wanted by looting. He also allowed his family to get in and do whatever they wanted. Any incumbent is bound to lameduck the final stretch. Covid is actually a convenient scapegoat for Uhuruto hairbrained borrow&build nonsense - not a drawback.
