You didn't read my other post, raila looks for his votes elsewhere. From 1997 to 2013 to 2017 Raila does not score 6.8M votes from kyuks. Does he? No.1 tactfully Raila has not declare his interest in a specific political seat unlike what Ruto, Mdvd, Alfred Mutua, and the other kamba prof have done. No.2 Raila game is simple. He does not need direct votes from kyuks. He just needs apathy, for them to stand aside and the few who vote because they vote "against Raila" to be kept at an insignificant tally and he will rally the others voters. Let kyuks know they will safe just like Jomo convinced the colonialists that they would be okay even after they called him a leader of darkness...

And Raila succeded very well in 2007,2013 and 2017 in enauring there was voter apathy in Mt Kenya.
The fact is in all those 3 occasions by Railas name being in the ballot motivated and energized Mt Kenya to come out and vote. The Voter turnout is out there for everyone to see.
Contrary if Railas name is not in the ballot come 2022 then there might be voter apathy in Mt Kenya.

Do you need it in anymore black and white than I have put it to get the logic? You cannot keep doing the same thing and expect different results. After 3 strikes 2007, 2013 and 2017 as you put it, and being unable to toboa, Raila is an enigma because he understands he has to change tact. He has makina Waiguru come over, be sanitized and then be given an errand- go home and tell your people that "Mt Kenya is ready for Raila". That is not to say tell them to give Raila votes no, the subtle message is let them calm down ....  he needs you to be a friendly machinery that is not so emotionally invested.
