Once you're charged with graft - then you're suspended irrespective of the position.

This will make Uhuru's DPP and DCI very powerful - and everyone at their mercy.

This is going no where especially with the currupt Judiciary whi are in cohorts with the currupt officials . Judges enrich themselves through corruption proceeds especially when the cases take long with the twists and turns becoming paycheck opportunities.

Let it be tested. Though the fallout will be with Ruto in case he ever get charged.

Waiguru test has failed. So it's obvious they are not interested in fighting graft. Even now the DPP has selective applied for those orders. Busia governor is facing trial - and he still in office.

Ruto is the big fish when it comes to corruption and if Ouru can stop him from getting into the State house, then that would be a significant success on war on corruption deserving a medal.

Biggest lie ever told. Uhuru, Kenyatta family and Uhuru's buddies are the biggest beneficiaries of corruption since 2013. Alone what Uhuru has received through construction projects like SGR, the on goingNairobi Expressway etc make Ruto look like an altar boy. Corruption is not the excuse in the fallout between Uhuru and Ruto as the two had a pact to both eat as much as possible since 2013.

It's EACC getting those powers - to apply for court to suspend a suspect. Not DCI which is not independent. DPP and EACC are independent offices - DCI is just a cop.

About Waiguru she has not been indicted by an independent investigative body - unlike Waititu. Ojaamong has never been impeached. I acknowledge the politics but Waiguru, Waititu, Ojaamong are apples, oranges and pawpaws. Say you are a senator - you have all records from DPP and Waititu Defense - you can make a decision to hang or absolve him in plenary without witnesses. There is no DPP file on Waiguru so you need a committee to call witnesses.

See? - don't be disingenuous - even as the new firebrand Upinzani. Argue Waiguru merits without false parallels.

It got nothing with being impeached. It was simple. once tried - you're suspended. Ojaamong has not only be tried but he has been found with case to answer. His case has passed the half way mark.

Kadudu , The government need to tell us the owners of KQ fleet .The ACs which 60% of returns from revenue and tax payers money go into servicing the lessor charges, The government need to tell us how CBAs relationship with Mpesa from Holding the operating capital of Mpesa to Mshwati and Fuliza is Safaricom a branch of CBA, The Govent needs to tell the intrugues of themerger between NIC and CBA how in a matter of 10 years CBA has gone from becoming the roadshow bank to the 2nd biggest Bank in Kenya  The govnm needs to tell us whi really owns the SGR locomotives/wagons. The Govnm needs to tell us why Murangas water has been diverted to be used to a private project. The Govnt need to tell us how the agenda 4 housing scheme is being funded and who the contractors forget the proxy companies disguising as the ones managing the project.
Its in public knowledge Govn has pumped more than 160B to KQ since 2013 being pocked by individuals .
On the low cost housing scheme 2 governments have given a proxy company biliions and billions Ksh for the project why not through the treasury. The Govnm needs to tell us why is NCBA the biggest financial morgage lender for the Low cost Boma yangu Initiative. These are just but a few questions we need answers . Ive even not touched why private companies are running us in circles on the milk sector.
Then Ruto owning a 3 star hotel a.d some parcels of land becomes the most corrupt ordeal in Kenya. Lets stop naive real corruption as other parts of the world happens in the banking sectors.

Well Judiciary, DPP, EACC are independent offices - it not all politics. The biased joke is Kinoti - who does hatchet job and fights with DPP often when his cases are rejected. It is still up to a JUDGE/magistrate to suspend anyone from office. Since when are courts or prosecutors expected to treat suspects the same?

3 suspects with different circumstances. Murkomen's outrage is just phony nonsense and theatre in desperation to string GEMA. I haven't seen any double standard in Senate, DPP or court.

I think you've answered it. Kenya judiciary is based on common law. They don't act on their own motion like say in France. Until DPP applies for Ojaamong to be bared from office - he will continue despite being indicted for abuse of office.

Let's be fair to Waiguru - She resigned. First CS to resign under Jubilee for light duties at the county.

Nowayhaha, you have many points and you have not even touched in the health and infrastructure sectors. Ruto is a small boy when it comes to financial muscle. He is busy playing catchup to the Mois and Kenyattas. Given 10 years at SH he will overtake them. As I mentioned before, his scandals are small change compared to the big boys who have made money in the last 8 years.
