Your plan depends on the rule of law. Without Raila's protests and populism, I don't see how you're going to stall a government showing its finger to the law. We had the IEBC head in charge of the election software murdered days to the election and a case about that software and servers that have never been opened to anyone to this day, and very soon after, threats to that court, including the murder of the DCJ's bodyguard (or driver?). If these are the guys threatening your Millicent Omangas into shameless capitulation, why can't they illegally amend the constitution with state machinery, Corona, and 2 whole years of mischief? That is a strong point. There has to be a way of buying time. Or ways of separating Uhuru and Raila from each other. The worst thing is they amend Constitution.
But there are signs that things are not so rosy; their attempt to form GNU is not going well. And MaDvD has already completely abandoned it.
