Lusaka represents typical mindset of his people. Totally lacking in mental strength. Its Ruto who made him!!!
Atleast Ruto still has Kindiki

Ruto will kick his balls by backing Wetangula. And then he will lose his speaker position.

I warned you not to bank on the spineless fool - no backbone for a fight. Solomonic Marende was better. That is the reason not to let wishy-washy characters occupy key posts. Raila axed Rectangular for this reason. Another one is the bombastic bimbo Ledama ole Kina - his temperament shows he would betray ODM at the crucial time. Do you see the wisdom now in the Raila/ODM move ala Kina?

Unfortunately Lusaka had no choice. Am not even sure anyone else would have done any different. When you are the mouse and you get caught in between two elephants trampling each other, the best option is to side with the one "winning at that moment.." Otherwise Lusaka has a lot skeletons including some very famous non-carcinogenic wheelbarrows, so he fights to survive today and tomorrow shall take care of itself..b

Given that there is another one in IEBC, it looks like it's going to be a long slog for your hustler.  This time he may simply be given instructions to declare the actual results :D.

It could be lack of a spine.  Or just a nose for who's winning.

I stand corrected.

Of course Ruto did not “make” Lusaka. Had he stuck with NASA he would still be Bungoma governor. Looks like he is back in the fold.

I suspect - nay, predict - Duale will dump the hustler to keep the motorcade.

The man had no other choice. Remember this is not a nusu mkate government. Only one person has a say and does not need a green light from his deputy. Lusaka knows which side of his bread is buttered.

Yep.  No brainer there.  Wheelbarrow money ran out and the man has a family to feed :D.

How will that work? One doesn't need to be a senator to become speaker.

You lost me there

Pundit lost it long time ago. Lusaka has moved on. He was handed over the post by Ruto those days Uhuru was still high on something. Uhuru has woken up and Lusaka had no choice but to change sides. Lusaka's decision is illegal, but Kenya is a country not ruled by the law thanks to Ruto and his URP wing of Jubilee.

Yes. And whoever is backed by Ruto hustler party will be at a disadvantage. Lusaka lost the governorship for joining Ruto.

Bukusu have seen the folly of supporting Raila - apart from Pragmatic and ODM Sec Gen - the joke. The last stroke was what Raila did to Wetangula. It reminded them what Raila did to Wamalwa in 1994-1996 during Ford-Kenya struggle. Bungoma is now Ruto play-ground - and Ford-Kenya

Unless Raila makes Weta bro Wanyonyi Nairobi governor - I don't see Bukusu listening to him soon.

Wanyonyi - I would vote for him - but will ODM allow him?

Parliamentary posts were shared during the presidential re-run period. Uhuru hands were tied so he played dumb knowing he could kick Ruto crew out if push came to shave. Ruto has only had imaginary powers - MPs, the party, the ground. Ichung’wa, Washiali, Kuria and other Tangatanga noisemakers are next - and Ruto fake numbers won’t matter.

Ruto had not exercised any of his power to block Uhuru or gov agenda. What Uhuru has done is juvenile. He is now going to work hard to get anything done. There is no motion Murkomen or Ichungwa have failed to pass or made Uhuru sweat.

Now he needs Raila 62Mps on speed dials - he need Gideon 10Mps - he even need Isaac Mps - and that is not enough - he need Kalonzo - he need maDVD.

Lol - that is being CRAZY.

Uhuru has made a HUGE BLUNDER. He allowed Ego to overcome reasons.

Ruto from day one has chosen not to fight Uhuru - :) he has chosen to stay loyal and so has his people in gov.

But now because of ego - he has to literally share power - heck ODM could demand the juiciest part of the meat - and has no option - and yet Raila 62 Mps against Jubilee will still be nothing.

He has to go round threatening, cajoling and bribing nearly the entire parliament.

The nominated senators will kunja mkia and avoid Ruto like corona. Bahati MP Kimani Ngunjiri will be the first to be recalled, followed by Ndindi Nyoro. Kuria, Gachagua and the other cowards will be singing Uhuru like parrots. No Mt Kenya MP will stick with Ruto.

hahaha. You are newbie in siasa. Kimani Ngunjiri and entire Kikuyu diaspora are MILITANTLY opposed to Uhuru. I mean Uhuru can get a hearing in deep central - but Rift Valley Kikuyus will stone uhuru to death - because he is playing with their life, properties and future.

In fact if it goes to wire - RV kikuyus will probably go rogue and vote Ruto.

For Uhuru and you - 1M of them - are just mere pawns - and we will send 'police' - like KIbaki was not PORK last time. These are folks now scared - and probably selling their life investment for cheap - because they don't need rocket science to know shiet. if it hit the fans - gov cannot protect them - and they will end up in red cross IDP camps - back to zero.

Well Lusaka had performed well as gafna but “Jubilee tawe” did him in. The big boys are Wangamati, Lusaka, Rectangular. Depends who Ruto bags. Lusaka has already dumped your boy. Weta blows hot n cold. Wangamati is Handshake. Looks like Ruto got no influencer once again but Waluke, Barasa, Kapondi - small fish. Likes of Atwoli hammer Ruto like a punda :D - tough luck nearing Uhuru 30%.
