It's harder to believe that Uhuru and GEMA will endorse Raila for PORK. It would be insane on many levels. Inimical to their personal and community interest. The idle talk of PM is quite crazy.

There is a twist - I think Uhuru is playing both Ruto and Raila - so he can enjoy power & money alone - and eventually when d-day approaches - he will most likely back Ruto or someone else - but not Raila (for obvious reasons - like Moi enjoyed Raila knowing he wasn't really going nowhere)

Uhuru obviously not fighting Ruto directly - by through proxies and shadows - so eventually he will call Ruto for a lunch - and all will be over.

But he would have stashed enough to last him his retirement - he doesn't have to depend on his mother again.

Kenya politics focus on board - with Raila, Ruto, Uhuru - and a few pieces left like Kalonzo & maybe Mudavadi left

Remove all the pawns and useless pieces like Gideon Moi -  Mutua - Waiguru - Corona dude - sijui murather or tuju

Once you focus on the 3-5 pieces - it all becomes easy to predict - how each will move. Don't be Raila enjoyed by Moi for 3yrs. Then Kibaki for like 10yrs and now Uhuru is playing with him - keep him busy in the middle game.
