Yup. Covid-19 destroys the lungs all you need is a transplant. Only one lung can be replaced at a go but luckily that's all one needs to survive. Once it acclimatizes the other will be replaced. One of the Johnson kids or siblings must have donated.

Boris Johnson.

He was seriously ill enough to be admitted into the ICU. He stayed in the ICU for 2 days (or is 3?) and was released. Government officials declared he left hospital when he was NEGATIVE.

I wish BoJo well; he's a lovable buffoon. Even if he wasn't, I wouldn't wish him early death.  But that was really really quick to be almost dying of Covid-19 and few days later NEGATIVE.
