He cannot take a political banter, can't he. Cobra squad is like Waiguru - they are on a cul de sac - unless Raila's BBI 2.0 somehow find them a pathway. Waiguru is more tragic because she had another 5yrs in Kirinyanga if she had concentrated on her day job.

Cobra Squad has a chance due to Kalonzo fatigue... he has beat Wiper in a few MCA runs and Kibra. Kalonzo is warming up to Ruto so it OK idea to demonize Ruto with these soundbites. Kind of thing Raila would advise.

The problem is lack of regeneration of our politics. In US & developed - once you lose -most likely you quit politics and do something else. So you have a lot of vibrancy. We need term limits for both those in office and out. Raila for example has stopped a lot of Luo talents from sprouting. If need be we can codify to - you can only stand for particular office twice or thrice. Not forever.

Yes that would be a good addition to BBI 2.0. Likes of Romney and Hillary are long gone. In UK Jeremy Corbyn after dog beating is already de facto jobless. Though am not sure likes of Mdvd stop any sprouting. Luhya need to do something on the national stage - it been blank since Kijana Wamalwa. Gema and Kalenjin and places like Coast seem to have more merit.
