A quick search will tell us how Ruto gets to the office at 5am to slice off 10% from GoK budget streams. How he is too clever to be caught. How corruption and integrity do not matter but "outputs". How his graft is equivalent to political exterminations in Rwanda or Ethiopia. Or oppression in Cuba. How corruption cannot hinder development. If possible find a point somewhere in my rant.
