You're wrong on Emba - Wiper Kalonzo going by 2017 elections - would have gone head to head with ODM (luos + some luhya & gusiis) - what nicked it for Wiper was Jubilee (read Nairobi GEMA) supporting Wiper candidate. If Jubilee had fielded a candidate - this would have gone head to head like in 2017 - where Sumra lost by few votes.
