Lol Parkerpen is good people. If i worked East i would take him up on it. My Victorian bungalow survived - a real miracle - but i actually squatted with a bff for a while fearing the crazy demons might be back. 50% of the neighbors are gone... some have make-shifts. Some have taken the opportunity to rebuild. I'm used to canopy - living in the cool of green.  We wanted a landscaper to spray grass and flower seedlings all over but she assured us the trees will sprout by themselves soon as it rains. I feel exposed. Fingers crossed.
