Alai dabbles in rumors.  Is there a third party corroboration? 

Also stage 1 lung cancer is routinely treatable.  More so for someone with resources like kamwana.

precisely...Alai, garbage in, garbage out. Reminds one of Moi throat cancer rumors, play straight from kalenjin mafia play book whom Alai works for....years later that thief is still enjoying his ill gotten wealth. I wonder why they start this kind of rumors? people to feel sorry for them ?
