UHURU, FOR the first time, says he wants the renewed graft fight to be his legacy; says lifestyle audit can go back to his great grandfather.

Can someone explain to me, why other than the PS all those being charged are "Kip" somebody? Is it that it is only one community that can work at NCPB and/or are they the only Kenyans that grow maize?

Most maize growers are from RV and this partly explains why it was the one community that was hurt by this scandal. Since the looters were 100% also from RV, the noise from the conned farmers was not so loud. Jubilee handed over the Agriculture ministry to Ruto and who in return filled it with his henchmen. The DPP should just follow the trail of the cash and it will land him somewhere up the ladder.

This predate Ruto - this began during Moi time - and for last 20yrs the min of agri has been a kalenjin - Kiunjuri's a big break. It obvious Kalenjin as the main source of ugali - kenya stable - have acquired some clout in the sector - nearly all institutions dealing with maize - are controlled by Kalenjin - except for milling.

You mean Kalenjin have no brains? Milling is dominated by Bahindis & Asians - the big boys had stake in Unga - but Kalenjin's chepkwony Jamii Millers is great start.

audacity as the hoi polloi begin to realize how heartless our thieves are, they will embrace fully the war on corruption. Ruto may find Uhuru becoming popular even in Kalenjin. I hope no Ruto poodle is involved in this scandal.
