I think Bill Ruto is sending a not so disguised message to Uhuru to abandon plans to use Jubilee party against him.

I have to admire the way he has gone out of his way to place his role on the GEMA agenda early in the morning. He did not wait for the 11th hour as Kalonzo and preempted the Wamalwa Solution.

I don't think Uhuru people are ready and prepared for the war. RV can be peaceful until a war cry is sounded. He should ask Raila. Those guys will be on Uhuru like white on rice.
