You mean the last 5yrs - when GEMA/RV merged - or you mean all through 80s till 2013 - we've been hanging on their coat tail. Ruto is his own man. His own constitutuency now is larger than Uhuru. He basically ran parliament & senate & outside GEMA - all the MCAs/MPS/Senators/Governors in Jubilee owe direct allegiance to him - and he is not sleeping on his laurels..but is expanding territory.
