It's demonstrable because it's the only outcome consistent with IEBC's contumacious disobedience of the Supreme Court order.  It's makes no sense for EBC to disobey the court order if the server showed kamwana winning, even if with a different margin than what was declared.

The other possibility is that he was not able to  avoid a runoff.  I think they would have eventually released it if this is what was on the server.  The only info we have on the server is from NASA.  IEBC merely criticized it, but they have NOT released the information for August that they readily released for October.

In any case, it is demonstrable Jubilee did not win in August.

IEBC gave nasa server logs of all the results of august and that is what they used to cook their own win..a really bad job if you believe the Ireland Prof who ripped them apart.Uhuru won August and Raila knew it which is why he abandoned the 26th Nov re run if you can call that.There are lots of data points that show Uhuru won and None that show Raila won...well except some magic server.Its very hard to conceal rigging.Uhuru know he won fair n square which is why i think he is enjoying Raila in the handshake..ultimately hell destroy Raila.
