The problems will dissipitate with time. If you fix war-torn countries in Africa - then you half the problem. I am talking Congos, South Sudans, Libyas,Malis, Somalis and such. Then you have two laggards..Ethiopia and Nigeria...these ones need to start on serious serious family planning. Combine at maybe 350M people.....they are not going to sustain those people inside their borders.
The rest are little here and there. I say we need to fix Libya - so the gok there can enforce law - including anti-slavery laws. Then we fix the war-torn countries. Then we fix Ethiopia and Nigeria - somehow.
Internally what Uhuru did was commendable...and other countries need to do the same...allow any African to move freely in Africa. This will help the situation in the short-term. This is esp true for war-torn countries and those escaping political persecutions.
Invasion is not ending but it was so unstructured that no argument could b made in it's favor.
Si we still have US Green Card program and such? But thousands upon thousands and many other thousands drowning not to mention thousands on the shores waiting to make the attempt is not cool
