You could say that but that would be stretching respnsibility - I think guys involved with procurement and PS Muraguri were involved and Macharia wasn't. Macharia delivered the innovative 38B medical deal with GE that now see at least two hospitals in every county equipped with latest medical equipments - CT scan, MRI machines, Dialysis and X-rays -

I would fire rotich and his ps thugge and get more fiscally conservative or libertarian type technocrat(but I suspect that uhuruto  believe in government instead of markets or free enterprises) , wamalwa should be fired cause he has done nothing(galana). Then move planning back to treasury. Wakhungu should be fired and this is personal cause now I have to get nema approval just to package my products using plastic papers  . Then definitely bett of agriculture has to be fired, we need someone who can push productivity in agriculture especially on livestock.

I tend to agree. Rotich should swap places with Adan Mohammed.Wamalwa is there for politics - but given how far behind we are in provision of clean water and sewarage - maybe having a heavy hitter here would help turn the fortunes - so I'd swap him for less critical ministry. Wakhungu has done the unimaginable with polythene bag - and I think firing her would in bad taste. Taming polythene bags is not easy. Willy Bett - I think he has good intentions but he simply cocked up the maize thing leading to expensive subsidy - if he goes - I am fine - but hopefully we can a radical non-nonsense minister.

You have no idea about that scheme. It sounds innovative but the big winners are tenderpreneurs associated with SH. Btw, GE fined GOK 88M Ksh just the other day for failing to pay for the leasing. Most of the equipment is stored in the hospitals as there is no personel to run the machines.
