In other news, the black African ought to avoid Arab lands with the same terror and tenacity with which the White man avoids West Africa during an Ebola outbreak. It was in the ingenious Arab mind (and not the European one) that racial slavery was born, bred and perfected. I hear that in Arabic the word for black/African/negro and slave is the same. Slavery is supposed to have died in the last century but it's an open secret that it still thrives in different forms in Arab lands.

It's not against their will.  They consent to be sold.  I say this because I don't think they were captured from their homes, dragged to Libya and are shocked to be in this situation.  Look at their faces when the guy is quoting the prices.

Mine are just initial impressions.  Like prostitutes and pimps, there is a sort of agreement(even though it may be illegal) based on economics.
