Agreed Ruto is a violent (and thieving) idiot but this, unfortunately for NASA supporters, is a fight Rao is gonna lose.

The only plan seems to be to provoke Jubilee, otherwise there's nothing really meaningful NASA is doing, aside from exciting the dwindling support base.
