Trumped up charges.  He should not even have been arrested for what he said.  What saddens me is that because of tribalism even kikuyus and kalenjins who know better would support these silly charges.

I can tell you Babu though will need lots of money to get to Joho or Sonko level. He is definitely doing well in NASA circles - he just need to be careful that he doesn't overdo it. It's basically an abuse of the legal process to achieve political ends.  Nothing good can come out of this.
