Could the defender of IEBC explain how the clear provisions were thwarted by Chiloba?

Only full audit of jebc including financial audit can help kenya understand what this monster called jebc.

It looks like the actual data is in Kenya though, if that document has any say.  The web server might be hosted somewhere else.  That begs the question about IEBC excuses for denying server access.

Which data? There architecture if I am not wrong is a little complicated. Every Const had their File server - for scanned form 34sA-accessed via FTP. Bomas or National Tally Center had their File Servers - for scanned form 34As and Bs - accessed via FTP. The text-in results seem to have gone straight to Safran server (Web Server) hosted in France or in the Cloud. This one of course had the database for storing the text-in results.

KIEMS tablet was probably designed to send the data in various formats to all those servers.

We already know they were ftp-ing the scanned forms. The IEBC data I think refer to results/data/statistics - that were persisted in some database - and was hosted somewhere. I know there was some memo or fight btw IEBC and Communication Authority on legality of hosting the data here or in the cloud.  The french were managing the access rights - perhaps thro some remote desktop I'd want to imagine.

I noticed that change too.  Never mind. 

Either way, the only way to know where their data is, or what kind of data they are keeping for that matter, is if they share some of that information.

Yeap it upto IEBC to share info without compromising the integrity of their systems. There are hackers out there waiting for this.
