The time table can only be seriously taken after the Aukot vs IEBC at the supreme court. At best it would have to be adjusted to fit in Aukot.

Exercise in futility, panel beating will not be sufficient to fix IEBC. IEBc need a complete overhaul. we know the driver Uhuru is a drunkard, conductor is a thief and IEBC bus need engine overhaul and brakes job. knowing that why would any sensible Kenya board this bus? This is a sure ticket to jahannam

I doubt SCOK ever reviewed the decision of SCOK 2013. Aukot is time waster. Raila gets a re-run he has wanted.
