Want IEBC to consult him - which part of Independent - doesn't  he understand. The date has been gazetted. If he doesn't want to participate - Uhuru is elected un-opposed.

Excellent. Raila must not legitimize this dirty game with participation. It's common sense we need a clean up before we can claim we have a clean election. Otherwise, if everything remains the same, what was the point of the SCOK decision? If IEBC and Jubilee insist on going ahead, it's ok. Let them. But we cannot have a simple repeat of 8/8. That would be pointless.

Pundit,

It's abit rich for you to hark on about the IEBCs independent when you and other Jubilee persons have not only hacked into their systems, but have colonised the "independent" commission and turned it into a wing of the Jubilee party to actively rig elections on their behalf.

Babu says IEBC was supposed to meet them yesterday at 1500H but they postponed only to announce the date.

NASWA preferred date is 24th and exams can be pushed forward if need be

They be uncomfortable that Matiangi requests for elections at latest 17th and hours late IEBC settles on 17th..feels like Jubilee is dictating the dates

Says it's ok but there are 'irreducible minimum' stuff that must be had by then if that's the case

Babu is still convinced there was unhealthy dalliance between Jubilee and Al ghurair and would wish for another printer but notes that Al ghurair did a good job and that's why IEBC refused to provide original stuff with security features.

Otiende Amolo be like, they understand you can't replace commisioners and can live with that but some IEBC employees can be sent packing right away.

All in all, NASWA hasn't made any unreasonable demand so far in my opinion, and if they did, they have backtracked

I say give the students an extra week to revise.  They'd do better for it.

IEBC enjoy limited legitimacy following SCOK ruling.  They cannot go ahead and ignore NASA concerns without further damaging their brand.

Your downfall will be your inability to read and understand the law.

Why did IEBC lose the various cases in the courts a few weeks ago?
