Will be another 54% or Chirchir will set a new one?

Uhuru lost the election, tried to rig and was caught. You can spin all you want. ALL the evidence shows inflation of his figures and the deflation of Raila's. Fake form 34As and Fake form 34Bs and finally a FAKE form 34C which you now with a dry face claim was original! Your advocate just forgot to state that or offer such proof in court just for sport!

Ohoo -the lies - a week to election - maybe that was trial week when raila got 1 vote less due to a worm; You guys can never admit to dog beating; we are gonna witness it again on 17th OCTOBER -
... [the ICC case] will be tried in Europe, where due procedure and expertise prevail.; ... Second-guessing Ocampo and fantasizing ..has obviously become a national pastime.- NattyDread

I am thinking this election has GEMA+Kalenjin fired up - so turn out will increase -- 2% - make that 56% - Uhuru coz more governors, senates and mps bating for him than before 8th - and more money - gok (would be interesting to see what SCOK thought of CS campaigning) - we could add 2% more - so yeah it feasible to go 58% -60% is not farfetched - but lets have all the realignments in few weeks - so we know where the clan, tribal, regional and such kingpins stands.

I am hearing someone want a half-a-loaf knowing it's impossible to win.
I do not want to see the IEBC anywhere near the next election.  It has been proved in court that they are not independent at all.  I would like the elections put off until the new year to:

1) Allow for the UN(not the AU) to conduct the elections on our behalf.
2) ALL electoral fraudsters to be dealt with before we return to the polls.
3) The KIEMS system to be audited and reconfigured to stop interference from external and internal folk
4) For the electoral roll to be cleansed and locked to stop Jubilee from disturbing our dead
In my view, the pressure of time should not be the reason that we rush into another rigged election.  I particularly feel that anyone that was involved in the massive (and it was massive) fraud against Kenyans to be fully excluded from ALL future elections, public office and must be punished heavily (including treason).

17th October is the date preferred by the riggers.  There's a very good reason why.

Why would anyone want to be in government with a group of convicted criminals?

I agree that in a general sense, if you are winning you don't manipulate the election.  On that basis it is believable that the jubilant does not have the numbers.

Finally finished talking to Vincent K. Kimelil and he has denied installing software though he sound cagey hard to tell if he is telling the truth or not sometimes it's hard to read kalenjins.  Did  someone use his credentials to install algorithms possible or this guy could be one of those NIS operatives.

Do you expect him to say "Yes, I did"?

Definitely not but am sure that spooked him...In scheme of things this is a small actor who can easily be linked to Chirchir. Those interested can pursue his mpesa transaction and his phone communications.  Easy to obtain. The main person here is Chirchir, I wonder what his alibi is regarding the fateful night that msando disappeared
