They need to push for near full turnouts. Especially Western and Coast.
They could and should do that, but why didn't they do better in Round 1? Getting a significant change for Round 2 will require major organizational changes, and, on the record so far, it's not there. On top of that, some Western types seem to be easily swayed with the prospects of "
join the government so that you too can eat". If, as
Kichwa says, Mudavadi is their organizational man, then they might as well chuck it in right now.
NASA, if it
really seeks to win, will have to come up with a much better plan than it appears to have had for Round 1.
This just came to mind: one of the questions that seems to have disappeared was the one on exactly what is in the Voter's Register ... how many, where, etc.? I'd think about that for Round 2. A lot.
The other thing I think is really important for Round 2: No matter what, there will be a court case. But for obvious reasons, and not just cash or politics, the Supreme Court will bend over backwards to ensure that the IEBC-outcome is not invalidated.
