Be Magnanimous in Victory Pastor Vooke
« on: September 01, 2017, 12:49:44 PM »
I took a quick look at choo.com

I think those people live in an echo chamber located in Uhuru Kenyatta's ***** (been subjected to censorship over my often colorful Swahili).

I know vooke likes to explore the truth and has a unique style. But he has been rather curt with Uthamakistanis.

He posted evidence of hacking just when The head Baboon - Njamlik - was at his best ridiculing the claims even with massive evidence all over the world outside the echo chamber.

Bro,
As late as today past midnight,I was arguing with kina obienga and garlic on the strength of the ICT audit and scrutiny.

As I said a few days ago, the court reports changed my mind or cast serious doubts in my mind.

I think it's rather early to celebrate Bw Omollo. I'm not sure I will make it for a rerun but I would vote for the exact same choices. I hope to see Orengo ask the court to cancel the entire election and order a full repeat.

I think the celebration today is strictly for the restoration of faith in the justice system. This country was on the path of pulling a part. I think ouru supporters want him to win a free and fair elections but I suspect the reason why ouruto rely so much on irregularities and illegalities is because they believe they cannot win without those malpractices. Let us see if they can win a free and fair elections.

It's basically an alliance of GEMA and Kalenjin vs Luhya, Luo, Kamba, Kisii, Coastals...it takes a lot of major tweaks to make it work.  It makes sense only to a jubilant that this is even a competition.  That said, NASA alliance, aside from hoping for a clean process, also has some major upside because coast was still in the lower 60% and higher 50% for turnout.

Uhuru meanwhile had maxed out in all his zones hence the killings and ballot stuffing.  This is going to be a landslide...

Even if I wanted a full fledged election there is no provision for it.

What needs to happen is a new election or Nusu Mkate for two - 4 years. Resumption of the 4 Agendas.

Alternatively if Raila were to win, then we would need to dissolve Parliament and call fresh elections. One way would be to stagger the elections by separating the Presidential elections from Parliamentary and Devolved.

I think Kenya  should clean up the election process first.  Just get that bit right.  Punish people who deserve it.  Once a free and fair election becomes a non-event, they can then figure out the other stuff.  With proper devolution, MCA terms could even be something left to the counties to decide.

I agree. One term for President maybe six years. Senators 5 years and a cap of two terms.
