Sound like nonsense to me.Sorry we need some meat here.This will be easy for IEBC and Jubilee to dismantle.All am seeing here is a panic party looking at incoming results with disbelief and trying to make iebc work impossible by wanting to verify everything in an hour or a second.IEBC were under no such obligation.They were way too nice to Mr ole Kina who should have braved the bad results and waited to petition.First you oppose anything manual but when results start streaming you know want iebc to manually verify before transmitting.The 50 Polling stations that appeared first have names..dig anything there. we have 4 parallels systems that make any rigging so hard  and this petition DOA

There is little mentioned of what was agreed before the night marish results showed up in our screens and certainly everything had to be backup by manual forms.The worse the results got the strenuous the demand .I was here and Terminator was asking for evidence... doubting iebc as nightmarish figures flooded randomly as tallying ended..from the on iebc were NASA enemies.

The MOAS was fed to the i36 too.  I recall some making boisterous "predictions" of the final outcome.  now we know why.  They already knew the actual results before a single ballot had been cast.

That is the reason I believed Pundit was part and parcel of the rigging or at least had enough information to predict the 54% vs 44%. He was also sure Mutua would win despite ALL evidence to the contrary.

In Bungoma he was sure Lusaka would win and he did "win" then the NIS advised on a possible blood bath. GEMA wanted that confined to Luoland. It was changed. Was among the last to announce results.

I had said that Uhuru opted for the 2007 scheme. What happened in 2013 was 2007 computerized and televised. 2017 is a synthesis of both complete with the violence, propaganda, lies and media cooptation. In the years past, the media was either partisan or was intimidated. In 2007 Michuki banned live broadcasts while in 2013 Karangi placed soldiers in media houses as is done in coups.

The 10/11% 'constant' gap is derived from the portal. I honestly don't believe anything extracted from the portal will help NASWA's cause.

The reason is simple; the keyed in figures are/were not final. Given the Constituency results are final, National Tallying Center's eole in cooking figures is somewhat diminished. Plus unfortunately we don't have any chronology of how the Constituency results streamed in.

I can predict IEBC's excuse will be, 'the results were provisional.'
