Barely two weeks into the death.  They want to interrogate a man who walked with Msando into a bar ... something like that.

The police had said they had questioned and recorded statements from six people over the duo's killing.

Four others, who police said were persons of interest, were being sought, according to police chief Joseph Boinnet. Sources said among those police wanted to interrogate was a man who walked with Msando to a bar along Koinange Street.

Me? I don't think it was NIS. I think it was the shadowy cartels/mafia that are invested in the status quo. They probably buy off/use the NIS and police anyway.

I think they needed to know how much he had divulged  or had concocted with NASA...so they had to torture the guy reveal what he knew and definitely kill him after that. Msando should have known he was being watched like a hawk considering how critical tech is now in elections and his position in IEBC. Every of the big IEBC guns are under 24-7 surveillance by NIS. You talk to NASA and you can as well arrange your funeral.

How he is was killed..via rope...point to many professional assassin who had all the time. If it was hired gun - he have shot him and disappear.

Musando was not in charge of forms 34A,B, and C.

Killing him days to the election when all the stations had been gazetted,register published,KIEMS loaded with relevant voter data would not in ANY way affect the elections , unless you can demonstrate how.

But I grant it is possible he was killed because somebody erroneously imagined he mattered
